After three years as a server at Brix and two years at Cioppino’s, Tanya moved home to her native Toronto to get married. While in the T.O. Tanya honed her service industry skills in several high end establishments. Tanya returned to Vancouver in 2012 to bring her infectious enthusiasm and attention to detail to running the room at Brix.
